Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text complies with the section's editorial requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
SERIES I - ENGINEERING SCIENCES
The Journal aims to be a forum of the latest results in engineering research, promoting integrated, interdisciplinary approaches, focusing on sustainable energy and high-tech product development. The journal is open to research groups all over the world and mostly welcomes scientific papers from groups involving young researchers and Ph.D. students.
The Journal welcomes contributions that meet the general criteria of relevance and scientific excellence.

SERIES II - FORESTRY. WOOD INDUSTRY. AGRICULTURAL FOOD ENGINEERING
The aim of the journal is to publish high quality articles and reviews on all aspects of research, practice and policy in the fields of forestry, wood engineering and food.
The journal is inclusive of all subjects, geographical zones and study locations, including interdisciplinary aspects of sustainable forest management, development of wood processing sector and agricultural food production. Attention is given to the originality of papers and their likely impact on policy and practice, as well as their contribution to the development of knowledge.

SERIES III - MATHEMATICS. INFORMATICS. PHYSICS
Bulletin of the Transilvania University of Braşov – Series III Mathematics, Informatics, Physics publishes high quality original research papers and survey articles in areas of pure and applied mathematics in informatics and physics. All the papers will be refereed.

SERIES IV - PHILOLOGY AND CULTURAL STUDIES
The Bulletin of the Transilvania University of Brasov. Series IV: Philology and Cultural Studies is an academic journal, specialised in publishing scientific papers in the fields of Language, Literary, and Cultural Studies. The authors are both Romanian and foreign scholars who have made a contribution in these fields. The journal uses academic standards – MLA style of reference, double blind peer-review and language reviews. The journal has both a printed and electronic full version, also offering an online archive of abstracts. The main language of the journal is English but since 2009, a series of articles written in French and German have also been accepted. All abstracts and keywords are written in English.
The journal aims to offer an efficient framework of analysis as well as of communication between Romanian and international research in the field of Humanities. It also sets a series of high academic standards (by the peer-reviewing process, specialised scientific committee, English language abstracts and articles), supporting the connections between Romanian research in the field of Linguistics, Literature, Cultural Studies, and the international mainstream academic publishing.
The Journal is currently indexed in two international databases: EBSCO (http://www.ebscohost.com/titleLists/a9h-subject.xls), in 2010 and CEEOL (http://www.ceeol.com/search/journal-detail?id=442), from 2011. The journal is also part of the SCIPIO platform (http://www.scipio.ro/web/93557) and is currently being evaluated by other international databases.
SERIES V - ECONOMIC SCIENCES
The mission of the Bulletin of the Transilvania University of Brasov - Series V is to promote both research in the field of economics and business administration and the dissemination of partnerships and joint projects developed by Romanian and international experts, as well.

SERIES VI - MEDICAL SCIENCES
This is a medical multidisciplinary journal publishing original research papers, case presentations. The yearly journal presents the latest results in medicine research, focusing on integrated, interdisciplinary approaches. Also it is committed to publish work on different field of health proffession and history of medicine.

The magazine is primarily a pronounced visibility of research in national and international academic community by promoting articles that shows:
- the performance of applications on heuristics algorithms to solve optimization problems of potential bio-motoric in school physical education in sport, leisure and sport management and physical therapy.
Sciences of Human Kinetics is a journal that publishes scientific papers in theoretical and practical value of sport, in physiotherapy, sports performance and sport management.
